The Rookery's authentic wood-fired ovens are perfect for pizza vans and trailers!  Our oven domes are constructed with commercial-grade refractory materials, increasing structural strength.  Unlike clay or brick ovens, our mobile pizza oven domes can withstand the rigours of life on the road.  Our proprietary monoblock dome design and calcium silicate underfloor insulation, provide incredible heat retention, unlike traditional brick ovens or jointed designs, which can potentially break apart over time, especially whilst travelling.  Our 128kg HD ceramic fibre provides superior dome insulation, allowing you to save space and weight and retain heat far longer than conventional ovens.

The prices quoted below are example prices for the ovens shown.  However, all are available from a 650mm up to an 1100mm cooking surface, with all bespoke alternatives shown in the gallery for the external finish, and can also be constructed either for a countertop installation or seated on a fabricated stand.

A deposit of 50% is required to commence work on your wood-fired oven, with the remainder to be paid upon completion, prior to delivery.
